Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 July 2026
By using the GOSafe proof of concept at gosafe.happymonkey.ai, you agree to these terms.
Prototype service
GOSafe is an experimental, informational proof of concept. Features, sources and availability may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Not emergency or professional advice
GOSafe is not an emergency warning service and does not provide safety, travel, medical, legal or other professional advice. Do not rely on it to protect life or property. Always check the relevant local authorities and official emergency services. In an emergency, contact the emergency services for your location.
Accuracy and availability
Results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or incorrect. A result showing no warnings does not establish that a place is safe. Automated interpretations may contain errors. Specific earthquake prediction is not scientifically reliable, and GOSafe does not claim to predict earthquakes.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to the service; use automated access in a way that degrades availability; or present GOSafe output as an official warning or guaranteed safety assessment.
Accounts
You are responsible for access to the email account used to sign in. Magic links must not be shared. GOSafe may limit or remove accounts used to abuse the service or email facilities.
Third-party information
GOSafe includes data and links from third parties. Those services control their own content and availability. Their inclusion does not constitute endorsement, and their own terms may apply.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and without warranties. The operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the service, interrupted availability or inaccurate third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the proof of concept develops. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
